About me and my own
wellness & health journey

What inspired me?
I've always been drawn to a more holistic approach to health and healing.
I believe the body is remarkably intelligent and has an innate capacity to heal when we provide it with the right environment and support. To me, true wellness is multidimensional—it extends far beyond nutrition and exercise to include our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. It encompasses how we manage stress, the quality of our relationships, our sleep, daily habits, environmental exposures, and the many interconnected factors that influence our overall health.
Why Choose CMW?
The work I do is deeply personal because I've lived many of the struggles my clients face.
Growing up in the competitive world of ballet, I was introduced to dieting and body image pressures at a very young age. Those beliefs shaped much of my relationship with food and my body for most of my life, constantly battling the image that I saw in the mirror. It wasn't until my thirties that I began cultivating true mindfulness, self-compassion, and a more intuitive relationship with eating. Over time, I was able to release much of the guilt and shame that had surrounded food and support my own recovery from eating disorders.
Today, my mission is to help women—particularly those between the ages of 25 and 45—heal from the lasting effects of diet culture. Whether you're struggling with body image/dysmorphia, recovering from disordered eating, or simply exhausted by years of restrictive dieting and self-criticism, I want to provide a space where you can reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust in yourself, and discover that wellness doesn't require perfection.
I believe healing begins when we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them. My goal is to guide women toward a life rooted in balance, freedom, and genuine well-being—not through restriction, but through nourishment, compassion, and sustainable lifestyle practices.

For Fun...
During my free time you can find me spending quality time with my family and friends. I love throwing the tennis ball for my Boston Terrier. My hobbies are active in nature; you'll typically find me in the gym, at the beach surfing, or on my yoga mat. And of course, I love being at home in the kitchen making healthy meals from scratch.
